INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
• Check-Film I (single-sided, 18 microns) articulating film • Check-Film II (double-sided, 21 microns) articulating film.
Device Description: Super thin, moisture-resistant articulating film. Intended Use/Indications: For locating hard-to-find occlusal pre-maturities.
Contraindications: None.

How Supplied:
Check-Film I and II are supplied in 280 pre-cut, ready-to-use strips measuring 3 ½” L x 7 ⁄8”W.
Procedure for Use:
• Dry occlusal surfaces
• A lengthwise centerfold will prevent curling. Or, use with articulating paper forceps.
• Use your regular articulating paper technique.
• On single-sided Check-Film I, the dull side is the marking side. Double-sided Check-Film II will mark both arches simultaneously.
Storage: Store at room temperature
