Matrix -Oss granules is a osteoconductive, porous, anorganic bone mineral with a carbonate apatite derived from cancellous bone. It is intended for use in oral surgical procedures involving bone repair and regneration such as recontruction treatment of the alveolar ridge, elevation of the maxillary sinus floor, filling of periodontal defects, filling of infrabony periodontal defects, and defects after root resection, apicoectomy, cystectomy, and filling of extraction sockets
